Domain renew urgent help! (Freenetname/Madasafish)

Hi, finally managed to get into the community. Could not get email verification!

My domain expired capewell.co.uk on 11/11/25, was notified by nominet 4/12/25 so rang support straight away, but not resolved, rang again on 9/12/25 still not resolved , raised complaint hoping somebody would ring me. But my domain is now past the 30 days and so up for deletion. I'm not getting any emails. Please can somebody help!!

We are waiting for some really , really important emails at the moment and urgently need to be back working
