Domain records

As we cant register .uk domains here I am trying to register mine via Namesco, but Nominet wont wont release till I prove who I am. Problem I cant remember the original email I used with Plusnet for my .co.uk domain. Trying to get any help from the normal channels with Plusnet net is fruitless, Nominet says could be easier to get Plusnet to change my registered email 
Any one on here have any ideas?

Hi Dave,
Raise a support ticket and ask that we either clarify or change the administrative address for your domain name. Once that's set to something you can access, you should then be able to get login to your Nominet account by following the directions here.
