Domain not renewed - no email madasafish domain

I have not been receiving email since Friday 8th Nov 2019 as it seems my domain glentoran-fc.co.uk which 

was with madasafish but is now with plus net has not been renewed

I would be grateful if you could renew the domain as access to email is important

We can get this sorted for you, unfortunately I can't find an account with any of the information you've included on your Community Profile, or with the domain name (but this is because MAAF accounts can't easily be searched this way. Can you please private message me with the correct username for the MAAD account, or other details that are listed on the account with us (Full name, full address etc,)

Thanks for the PM. Just to confirm the renewal was submitted and has now been marked as completed so everything should be back to normal once propagation has updated.
