Hi everyone,
I am currently trying to get my domain name to display in the address bar when visiting a forum hosted on my ccgi webspace. I have attempted to alter the DNS records after contacting customer services and being pointed to a link. Since doin g this all that has happened is that the site is now displaying an error 404 message. http://www.uni-nut.co.uk this is the address. How should the dns record be set up? i have the original record pointing the domain name to my web space ip address and since then have added a record that reads as below:
Left Field (cant remember the header) Right Field
uni-nut.co.uk. CNAME ccgi.plus.com.
is the above incorrect? if so what should it be?
sorry if this has already been asked somewhere else and i have missed it.
Looking forward to getting some advice on this.

What you have set up is incorrect. Below is what you should have if you want to point www.uni-nut.co.uk to your cgi space.
Left Field Type Right Field
www CNAME ccgi.uni-nut.co.uk.
For a more detailed tutorial about setting up DNS records have a look at http://usertools.plus.net/tutorials/id/14

Hi
I think I've already updated your domain records on the 17th and it worked.
is there anything else that you are trying to do?
