Domain Transfer away from PlusNet - holycow.uk.com

Hi

We're having issues, and allot of back and forwards.  Trying to transfer holycow.uk.com domain away from PlusNet. 

New registrar is asking for a EPP code, but PlusNet is saying they can't supply a EPP code.  The domain is .uk.com NOT .co.uk or .net.uk

I've already supplied PlusNet the new IPS Tag.

Can you please supply us with a EPP code.

Below is the most recent reply from the new registrar 

IPS tag is require for .uk domains only like .co.uk, .net.uk etc.

In order to transfer any .com domain to us, you will need to provide EPP key of the domain.

So, in order to transfer the domain "holycow.uk.com", you will need to get it unlocked from current registrar and ask them to provide an EPP key of the domain.

Once you get back to us with the EPP key, then only we can proceed with the domain transfer process.

Thanks, but I can't find the EPP code, I've checked the below:

1. Messages on this forum

2. My email, that is registered to our account

3. The PlusNet control panel

Please let me know or send to one of the above, as this is now a matter of urgency.

Have you checked for any 'questions' (tickets) on your account ? it may be there (although I thought that would generate an email as well)

Login to the member centre and go to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search , check for any closed questions

I did try both emailing and SMS'ing you when I replied via the ticketing system so it's odd that you received neither
