Domain Transfer assistance required

I am the owner of www.valkyr.co.uk which was created under freenetname/madasafish.  A month ago I paid for a domain transfer but so far nothing has happened.  Looks like this is the only place I can get some help with this.

 

I need to have the TAG changed to TJNF-DK, if anyone can help me out that would be great.

I believe the domain transfer elves have completed that for you.
