Domain Transfer Out

Hello.

I requested a domain transfer out yesterday as we need to change domain for our new mail server to work but have had no response or indication on how long this will take. We urgently need this taken care of please as our mails will not work until this is done. Can someone please help me with this.

Our domain is onclick.co.uk

Thank you!

Mark

Re: Domain Transfer Out

Hi , I think there's a problem with the automated domain transfer system https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Domain-transfer-out/m-p/1378377/highlight/true#M16250 .

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Domain Transfer Out

Yep, seems others have had the same delay recently. Hopefully a mod on here can help sort out the issue for me. Otherwise, is there a number I could call to speed up the resolution?

Thanks!

Re: Domain Transfer Out

I'm afraid the moderators are just customers like me and you and so have no ability to sort it out. The PN help team do frequent this forum and they do have the ability to sort it. You could try calling the normal CSC but I suspect they don't have the specialist knowledge needed to change the domain system. Best thing is to probably raise a ticket as suggested on the other thread and then post back here with the ticket number.

@onclick

Moderators are customers just like yourself and have no access to Plusnet systems.

Hello @onclick

I've escalated your ticket to the correct department to action your domain transfer. I'll also give one of my colleagues a nudge to the ticket.
