Domain Transfer Out - Over 2 Weeks With No Emails!

I have initiated a transfer of my domain from plusnet (Force9) to GoDaddy, after entering the ISPTAG the domain has been taken down, but in WHOIS the domain is still with plusnet, it is now nearly 3 weeks since this has started and all the advice I can get from Customer Services is that the issue is with Domain Team and I will  have to wait.  Can anyone assist in getting this move finished sooner rather than later?
