Hopefully someone can help. My domain is up for renewal as per the advice email from Plusnet but as I live outside the UK, I have no real way to contact apart from Email / Ticket / Chat and all those options have been withdrawn by Plusnet. I live in the country and the signal for calls is just too weak.
Can someone from Plusnet please escalate this? What will I need to provide?
