Domain Renewal - Suspended

Could somebody advise on how to renew my domain which according to whois is now suspended despite being set to auto-renew. 

As a result there the website and email now no longer work. As PlusNet are the registrar can you do the renewal and reinstate the appropriate DNS records so at least mail will continue to work.
