Domain Registration renewal

Hi

My domain of 'auroradesign.co.uk' is apparently due for renewal, and has been for a month or so, as an email from nominet has pointed out.

1. Who do i need to speak to regarding this? I have tried 'contact us' on the madasafish web page, but some how cannot log in.

2. Is this going to cost me? If so, how much? (I have a justmail account)

Any help greatfully appreciated

Hi Ryan. Renewing a domain on a Madasafish account is free of charge.

I'll be happy to arrange for it to be renewed. Please let me know if you would like to go ahead.

Also, you should be able to login to the portal here using your Madasafish e-mail address and password.

However, I seem to remember having to pay for renewal the last time? Though I cannot remember if it was to yourselves, or nominet? I will have to  check through my documents and statements to confirm.

It'll be renewed for 2 years.

For domains on Madasafish accounts the renewal is free of charge, because it's covered in the monthly cost.
