I would appreciate help to renew my Domain Name registration which is due to expires on 28th September please.

Hi @flam - We set all our domains to auto-renew some time back. I've checked just to make sure your domain will renew on the expiry date automatically.

I'm not sure what constitutes "some time back" but last year I was advised to contact you when my domain was about to need renewing. Can you confirm that it is now on auto-renew please?   - stonecross.co.uk  due on 21st October 2020.

@stonecross Putting your domain in at who.is shows it was renewed on 9th October 2020 and expires 21st October 2021.

When i looked on 9th October it hadn't been renewed and was awaiting a reply from Plusnet.
