Hello,
I have medical conditions that make using phone and chat virtually impossible, but it seems you have removed the ticket system, so the only avenue left is the community, but that is no good when the best advice is to raise a fault when there is no way to raise a fault.
Can you advise me of how I can contact support via e-mail or contact form please? The only methods that I can use.

Would it help to mention that "Chat" is actually a typed comment and respond service using a pop-up window?

no, I understand how the chat works. I have been forced to use it in the past. Today it wouldn't even work despite me turning off script block and add blockers, but in my mind it is still live and I can only type very, very ,very slowly at the moment and that is very painful. but that fault url was perfect.

Happy to hear that you've found a way to report an issue to us that suits you best. I believe my colleague Matthew has replied to your other thread, it looks like there's an issue with the line your phone provider needs to look at.
