Just ftp'd to my CGI space to clear it out and it won't go. Then tried to telnet their and it won't connect. Anyone got any idea how I can clear the space out?
Telnet access has been disabled. What folders are you wanting to remove? I'm sure we can remove them on your behalf if you raise a support ticket asking us to.
