DNS name transfer

Hi, this maybe very simplistic but I'm trying to transfer my domain (bobcam.co.uk) from the basic plusnet webspace to the cgi area - (ccgi.rjcambridge.force9co.uk) on which I'm producing a new Joomla! website. However I can't trackdown the instructions. Help..

Hi Rob,
You'll need to create DNS records to point the domain at the CGI server IP. After you've done that you're going to need to raise a support ticket requesting the domain is added to your CGI hosting account. Probably easier asking for it all to be done in a ticket request seeing as you're going to need to raise one anyway.

Thanks Bob, but I'm just being stupid but I can't find where on the improved website to raise a ticket, when I telephone I'm told it's hostperia's area and not plus net. - Help please.
