Hi,
My account bridgesystems was migrated quite some weeks ago and has been working fine.
However, when I looked at the site today .. the latest data displayed is 29th April.
I know it was working and had data upto to the 8th on the 8th of May.
Can you please have a look at why my DB has been rolled back to 29th?
Thanks

Think this has happened before. The hierarchy has also changed - I'm under /services9. Hmm.

I've been on /services9 for a few days, but with everything working normally. My database content appears to be OK. So while the symptoms reported by the OP are like we've seen before, the problem did not appear to affect everyone.
I wondered if it was related to the old database servers being turned off, but timescales don't seem to fit with that?
David

Looking at all of your accounts, they're back under /services rather than /services 9?
@bridgesystems, was your database content restored in the end? I notice you closed the support ticket you raised about the matter.
I've been on leave for the last week so I'm not sure why this happened again if I'm honest.
I'll endeavour to find out though...

Hi Bob,
Still under /services9 here. Requests for /services get rewritten.
Welcome back.
