Plusnet say "Following the recent move of our CGI and MySQL platforms we have been contacted by a small number of customers who are experiencing errors when trying to FTP to the CGI platform."
I wonder just how many they class as being a small number. please add your names here if you are being hit by these issues, maybe we will get a clearer picture of how widespread this is effecting customers.

It's being posted as I type
@Marteknet
We had only been contacted by 5 customers when I posted that message, that is a small number in anyone's book.
The problem is currently being investigated and will be fixed as soon as it possible can.

Instead, using WSFTP, I am getting:
220 Force9.Net CGI FTP Server #1 ready
Host type (1): UNIX (standard)
USER myusername
331 Password required for myusername.
PASS (hidden)
230 User myusername logged in.
Host type (I): UNIX (standard)
FEAT
211-Features:
MDTM
REST STREAM
SIZE
211 End
PWD
257 "/" is current directory.
CWD /php/
250 CWD command successful
PWD
257 "/php" is current directory.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A
PORT 192,168,1,71,109,235
200 PORT command successful
LIST -a
At which point it hangs and does not list the contents of the directory.
The same happens if I try to connect via FTP to the root directory of my ccgi webspace.
No problem with HTTP access.
