With broadband it's the day after the order was placed.

Re: Cooling off period?

Hi there @betel23

Just to confirm with a staff response, your 14 day cooling off period starts from the day after you either sign up/create an account with us, or agree to a new contract.

This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.

Whilst the posters above are correct, it is 14 days from the day after you placed the order. I'd also like to ask what it is that's prompting you to think about cancellation and ask if you require any help or support @betel23?
