Cookies error

Every time I attempt to login to my broadband account via my mobile it give me incorrect details entered and not accepting cookies error even though the phone is accepting cookies. The thing that is really worrying me is when I select the back button from the error it logs me in.
Also have plusnet now stopped you from acknowledging your bill and continue browsing?

Re: Cookies error

Sorry to hear you're having issues logging on to your account.

Do you experience this problem across multiple devices and web browsers?

Also have plusnet now stopped you from acknowledging your bill and continue browsing?

Not that I'm aware of, but it'll only show up if you're in failed billing.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Cookies error

Hi Gandalf sorry for taking so long to reply.
I only use my phone and ps4 but only the phone for browsing etc.
I'm using samsung pass fingerprint to login and this might be causing the issue.
I'm going to delete all cookies and reset the samsung pass to see if this helps.
Double checking here, is it an email address or username for login?

Re: Cookies error

@Tomtay79,

Let us know how to get on.

To login it's just the username (in your router it will be USERNAME@plusdsl.net - or something similar) drop the @and everything after.

Re: Cookies error

All's good now. I think there might of been a typo when it was saved to samsung pass.
