Content on forum is archived?

I'm trying to view an old topic i have saved in my bookmarks:

http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,126148.0.html

The forum says it's been archived. Since when? And how do we access this archive? I don't remember Plusnet/BT ever telling us they were going to remove all of our years worth of content so we could never see it again.

You may recall some years ago I posted a topic about the birth of 7up jnr and I've been unable to find that for ages too.

@bobpullen you generally have the answers to everything..

@7up You obviously have not been paying attention to the community announcements board......

Forum Archive

This happened in September last year, I would say that it is actually a deletion of old posts. As far as I know they are not recoverable.

Re: Content on forum is archived?

@7up This happened over weekend prior to 02/09/2024 - I think we lost over 500k posts from the 'Help with my Plusnet services' boards alone - don't know about any others.

@7up

This is @James_B ’s space.  I seem to recall a suggestion that articles might be capable of being restored on a case by case basis … but it’s over a year since this was all discussed.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @7up,

I've reinstated the linked post from the archive for you.

Feel free to send me a PM if there is anything else you need access to.
