Content Filtering

Hi All,

Does anyone know if PlusNet are having issues with the DNS of the content filtering service?

Mine is setup and configured however, all devices can still see everything.

I have googled and checked the DNS settings also.

Any idea's welcomed.

Thanks

Theo

Re: Content Filtering

Hi Theo.

Is your router setup to use the following DNS servers?

Primary: 213.120.234.42

Secondary: 213.120.234.38

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Content Filtering

Hi Gandalf,

Thanks for the info.

I did have the DNS configured for this but was not giving the expected results.

I have now moved filtering services to OpenDNS with good success.

Please consider this fixed.

Thanks for your help though Smiley
