I have a query about an imminent move of home and possibly an upgrade but I'd rather contact Plusnet by email or contact form as there are a few points I'd like answered and I'd like the reply in writing.
Is there a way of doing this?
I don't use chat and I'd rather not phone about it.

I'm afraid, the best way to get advice on your query would be to speak with our Customer Options team on the phone. They will be able to provide you with the information you require. You can contact them on: 0800 013 2632 and their opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
