Contacting PN whilst abroad

How can I contact PN when I am abroad (not Europe), to discuss termination/renewing my contract?

Calling them on 0800 is too costly. All I can see is an 0800 number and no other form of contact (e.g email, chat function).

(Asking in advance as my contract is up at the end of the year when I am likely either in Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan or Singapore).

Please could someone advise?

A quick Google and this number - +44 345 140 0200 pops up.

Why not ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 before you go and ask if they will let you take out a new contract early.

I'm sorry to hear you are needing to leave us, but the new adventure sounds fantastic. 

 

Will you be travelling for work, volunteering or just sight seeing, if you don't mind me asking. 

 

You can also cancel your service via post and the article here has our address details.

Yep I remember when I went to Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand and that was good. Mind you that was back in 2005, so a while ago now. 🙂

Can you not set up say a Skype account which will allow you to call UK 0800 numbers for free, I believe it does?

I would do that as a backup.

Hi @SammyM,

I am not thinking of leaving per se but it all depends on what deals are out there when my contract is up.

I realise my contract might be up when I could be overseas for work..company finance depending hence trying to put a reminder in place, as I am going to be rolling over to a PN deal which is more than twice what I am paying when my current contract expires.

I was previously with VM and did not realise contract expired..got caught into a deal for a month or two which was 2-3x worse off and one I did not want.. anyway lesson learnt.

No worries. If you have a mobile with us, you can call us on +44 7953 966 500 from abroad. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
