Contact Form

I am developing a site at domain www.eyta.org.uk hosted by Madasafish.  Smiley
I would like to add a contact form, which I presume will require a script.
This is new territory for me, so I would appreciate any pointers about how to proceed, particularly about what script to use, settings etc. or anything that you think would be helpful.
I am using Dreamweaver.
Many thanks

Re: Contact Form

Under normal circumstances you'd be able to  use the script here.
Sadly, there's a problem with that script at the moment though.
Using a script of your own requires the server you're hosting it on to support CGI applications. Excepting the script mentioned above, the Masdasafish servers don't.

Re: Contact Form

Thanks; the form suits what I am looking for.
I put the script into a page www.eyta.org.uk/contact.html but not linked into the site navigation yet because on "Send Form" the result is:
The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403
Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.
I suppose that is to do with the problem you mention and not some setting I am missing?
What is the likely timescale for resolving the problem?

Yes.

Hard to say, we're still waiting on a review by our security engineers. I'll be sure to update the other forum thread once I've any news.
