Connection timing out - portal, ftp, hosted webspace

I'm unable to connect to:

the ftp server (either ftp.plus.net or the alternative at 212.159.8.91), getting 'Can't establish connection'

My own +net hosted website (www.thejudge.me.uk) or the +Net portal (connection timing out).

tracert to the ftp server times out after the 4th node (gi5-1.peh-cr02.plus.net 84.93.232.31), as does the portal. tracert to my website times out after the fourth node as well, only in this case it's 195.166.129.160

Service status appears to be mute, as so often.

Anyone else getting this?
