Can anyone tell me if i am intiteled forits taken over two years to fix my fibre broadband and lost over 30 afternoons of work waitng in for engineers or is there a department i can contact its not 100% but its 90% better than it was.

At first I was unable to locate notes in relation to this issue - luckily I've now picked them up and so edited my initial response.
I'll send you a ticket shortly with further information.
Good luck on this, it seems like you have had and even worse time than me. Is it a refund of service payments you are after or compensation for the costs incurred and time it has taken?
I have tried for costs on three months of no service and they have declined so taken it to ombudsman.
