Can anyone help. I am trying to set up Live Chat software by a company called CoffeeCup Software. I have had this running about a year ago. I am now trying to set this up for another one of my customers without success. I know and have it confirmed that it has been set up correctly, into the correct folders with the correct permissions.
The reply I have had from coffeecup is:-
I think you have something else going on with your server. If you go to
http://ccgi.XXX it should bring up the internal password for your LiveChat, but instead you get a CCGI Error. I think maybe your hosting provider is requiring you to use PHP in a CGI Folder. You may need to contact them and see what the issue is.
When I contact Plusnet they cannot shed any light except finding out what language the script is written in, which I am doing.
