I was switched to the 'new' network overnight Mon/Tues this week, and have a couple of queries/niggles. Nothing worrying, I just need answers.
(1) Since the change, my usage is no longer appearing - not a major problem as I'm on unlimited and have my own usage stats, anyway.
(2) BT speedtest results look a bit weird - IP profile is shown as 9.82Mbps - the test reported a d/l speed of 9.95Mbps.
If it is relevant, my IP is 51.6.220.xxx
Edit to add: Usage figures for last 3 days suddenly appeared overnight!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Known problem (well, at least to us ) that was fixed early hours of the 16th.

Not sure about that one. Online speedtests aren't known for being the most reliable though.

Thanks Bob - as I said, neither of the points were a problem - I just don't like it when things don't work 'correctly'
