Change reverse DNS

Hi,

I have raised request #208735464 for your technical support team asking to please update the rDNS on my static ip to "my static IP".plus.com

One of your engineers has replied that they cannot help with this request. I can see from similar requests on this forum that this is a fairly common request and can be easily set up by yourselves.

Please can you do the needful to help with the update of rDNS.
