Cant see any information on the plusnet prtect site

Gone to the plusnet protect download area and can see the plusnet banner at the top of the screen, but nothing in the white space below. Also the menu seems to cut off when you look at the drop downs. Any ideas? Same on all 4 machines i have.

Large parts of the website aren't working properly, lots of white pages with just a banner at the top. I can't look at any of my account details. Yet there's no notification or explanation anywhere that I can see. I had to phone plusnet and was told that they're working on it but don't know when it'll be fixed.

But where is the information about it? Why did I have to phone to find out? The bloke on the phone says they've had multiple reports about it. There should be a notice here and on the plusnet website acknowledging the problem.

It seems ridiculous to me.
