Cant get norton

I have norton subscription that i bought before joining plusnet. My subscription ends in 56 days. I only have 3 devices covered , but need 5 . So tried to obtain the 24 month free. I tried to sign up but it keeps failing when plusnet link to norton then diverts me away from the plusnet offer. Do i have to cancel my norton subscription to get the plusnet version ?

We'd usually recommend you uninstall any existing software before installing Plusnet Protect so that it goes as smoothly as possible.
