Cant access my website on plusnet

Good morning 

I've built a website and cant currently access it on my home internet request gets timed out, I've had other people test it and they are not with Plusnet, and works fine

swingersandroundabouts.co.uk

The website has no adult content etc,  cant even ping it from cmd packets get lost, if I use a VPN it works fine.

I am not sure what the issue is, Plusnet says they don't blacklist.

Says the connection timed out.

@jamiekerk1 Welcome to the forum

Have other people who ARE with Plusnet tried it? It might be that it's because it's your website. If this is the case then it could be because you need to access it from an IP address that is not yours, hence the VPN works.

Hi @jamiekerk1,

I'm sorry to hear about this. When you're attempting to access it, are you using any sort of VPN or is it purely the connection we've provided? Additionally, are you using our Safeguard feature? This maybe blocking access to the site due to the text in the URL.
