I am trying to transfer in a domain but whenever I fill in the form, I get the message:
There's a problem with your details
Please enter a name or company name as the registrant
However, there is no field to put in registrant name!! I have tried filling in all the fields but keep getting this error.
I logged this with PN support yesterday morning but no reply as yet, so thought I would try here to see if anyone knows anything that might help.

Did you select the appropriate type from the drop-down?

It is far cheaper to keep the registration where it is (or move it to one of the many cheaper domain registration companies - I use www.daily.co.uk) and just arrange hosting on your account. For example, daily charge £2.95/year + VAT = £7.08 for 2 years.

I've just checked your account and there's three domains hosted there; whois lookups on all three are showing our nameservers as well so it all looks good from this end. Is there another domain you're needing moved over at the moment?

Many thanks - it all finally got resolved this afternoon. Something about automatic updates/changes not happening for some reason.

Quote from: mooer Thanks for the tip - I am on Premier option 1 so I can host up to 5 domains for free.
My understanding is that while hosting of up to 5 domains is free, only one of the five will get free registration renewal and that you will have to pay the very expensive Plusnet charge for renewal of the others.
You need to take note of Peter's advice in reply #5

I suspect the email was down to DNS updating, has that sorted itself out now?
