Cannot log in via FTP

Hi,

I cannot log into ftp.plus.net, it's not accepting my username & password

I've had a look at your account and as you have a CGI service active you'd log in to ccgi.ACCOUNTUSERNAME.plus.com.

I de-selected CGI as I don't require it.

Thank you for confirming that. I'm sorry that you're currently unable to log in via FTP and for any  inconvenience that this is causing you.

I've checked your account and haven't been able to determine what's causing this problem, so I have refreshed the domain component on your account this. If it still won't allow you to log in, please get back in touch on here and let us know what error message you're seeing when you try to log in.

What you did fixed the very issue I was trying to log in via FTP to see what the problem was.
