Cannot access wix.com login page to edit my website

Hi, we host our website through Wix.com and they have informed us the reason we have had a weeks downtime on our website is down to Plusnet. We are now seeking legal advice as this is effecting sales massively.
Please can someone get back to me ASAP.

I'm not sure what your problem is, but you appear to be able to access the website ok? What exactly is it that you can't do?
The last image you have uploaded seems to show your email address and login password :-\, I would strongly recommend that you remove it ASAP!

Probably something to do with the IWF proxy:

Thanks EJS but this still leaves our business stuck in the middle. Who can resolve this Wix.com or Plusnet. Do. Happen to know what the process for escalation of this issue is.

I can't login to make changes to my website, there appears to be something blocking my access. I'm able to access everything else on this website, but not the login page or anything to do with editing features.

It will be easier to try and help if you post a fuller description.  It isn't at all clear (at least to me) what your screen grabs are attempting to show.
How far into the login process do you get?  What errors do you get in your browser?
What are the screen grabs showing?  Have you tried a different PC and/or browser?  Does your login work OK on a non-Plusnet connection?

Ok this is really tricky!! I'm no techie so when I spoke to wix helpline and the started getting me to run all these trace routes I had o idea what was going on!!
All I know is that when I try to login as a registered user to edit my website on wix.com I get the error message highlighted in the first screenshot.
I've tried logging on through several different browsers and had no joy, Firefox, chrome, explorer.
Wix have no problem logging on, what they did say was there were reports that users in the UK were having problems when there ISP was on
BT lines. From this I can only assume that it would work if I tried it on a virgin account or with anther provider that didn't have BT lines.
I'm sure this is as frustrating to you as it is to me. To top it all I've been sent a text this morning from plusnet to give feedback on my resolved problem...... When was it resolved ?

Can I suggest trying via proxy such as http://uberproxy.net/your_website_login_page
This is the format http://uberproxy.net/thepiratebay.sx for connecting to piratebay as an example

All I can see on your screengrabs are the output of what looks like Chrome's Java console?  I can see that it shows a problem with logging in but the little other detail...
What happens if you try to access http://sslusers.wix.com/wix-users/auth/login?email=rufffashion%40gmail.com with your browser?  Do you get an XML error message like this:

If so you've got access to their login server so the problem is unlikely to be of Plusnet's doing.  More likely a problem with Java/Flash etc versions on your PC...
What error is displayed in the Wix login box (if any?)

When I try to access the link I get 404 - Not Found
When I try and login it just has a loading icon tat continues to swirl but never logs on.v
When I try to login in using the uberproxy the facility to login disappears
Not winning

Have you tried accessing the log in from, a different machine ?
Running Ccleaner may help, it will clear the browsers cache, along with other temp files , see link below for more details

I set up an account at work yesterday and then logged in from home on my PlusNet connection.
I could login with a PC OK using IE, Chrome and Firefox but if I enter the wrong password I see strange behaviour:
Chrome - Login box stays visible with swirling icon
IE - 'General runtime error' appears in red beneath the password entry box
FF - 'The email or password you entered is incorrect' appear in red beneath the password entry box
I was using Chrome on a Mac at work and I think I got a password incorrect message then.
Try resetting your password and see if that fixes your issue.

Hit the nail on the head I reckon.
@Monkey23232000, raise a support ticket explaining the situation and include full details of your website address as well as the URL you're using to administer the site.
Post the ticket ID here and I'll pick it up on Monday when I'm back in the office.
