Cannot access my inbox.com webmail

As of this morning I cannot access my wm56.inbox.com webmail via +net. I can access it on my phone if I switch on mobile data.

When I do click on it through +Net it takes me to:

http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed

Which shows me:

The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

Which is nothing to do inbox.com.

Appears to be an back end issue at +Net. Interestingly I've just come out of my discounted period...

Thanks for getting in touch @K1B0 I'm sorry for the delayed response and you're having issues loading a particular website. Unfortunately it doesn't look like your thread was pulled through our internal system correctly for us to respond to and I've been out of the office for 4-5 days. Are you still seeing issues with this?
