Can't transfer domain out.

I have been trying to transfer my domain out, but the page just comes up with an error. I raised a ticket and the first reply indicated this was a replicateable error. Then a later reply says about changing the tag manually, but nothing for 3 days now.
Why don't the replies from PN staff talk to me, instead of about me?
Why don't their replies give instructions for the next step?
What is being done to sort this problem?
