Can't reach NS&I login page

I have used the NS&I site for years via PN (I've been with PN for over ten years) never an issue before.  Suggests some security admin parameters have not been set correctly.  Works ok on the EE 4G network.

@marktewk I'm not convinced. Can you log in if you go via the main homepage of NS&I and click the login link on there?

I click on "Log In" button top right in this page and get a message that

When I click on the link from a Google search for NS&I login I get a different response...

@marktewk I wonder if the response in your last post has anything to do with very dodgy-looking last line of my MTR in post #77 - that doesn't look like proper response and probably why my Fritz!box won't allow it to progress.

Has anyone who has problems tried the direct link to the login sub-page that I posted earlier?

It would be interesting to see if that gives the same error as other routes.

Sorry no idea what you mean by MTR and as you will guess I wouldn't know one response from another.

Exactly the same thing...

secure.nsandi.com cannot be reached, however it is accessed - that is the problem (for those effected).

I am convinced.  My contract is up and I was going to renew with Plusnet as I'd not had a problem in over 10 years.  But the delay in getting this fix will mean I'm leaving unless this is resolved soon.  I thought customer service was their USP but since BT's influence is showing and support on this issue is very poor.  When will someone at Plusnet tell us what's happening.

Plusnet have raised a "question" to their back office team: 242759742 but I have no confidence that I will get a reaction any time soon.
