Can't login to webspace

I have a similar problem. I have set my FTP address to cgi.plus net, Port number 21, folder Public with the e-mail username and password that I still use to access webmail through force9 but the login is not recognised.

 

The message I receive is

220 Website FTP Server Ready

User ccgi.japc.freenetname.force9.co.uk

331Password for ccgi.japc.freenetname.force9.co.uk

Pass****

530 Login incorrect

Quit

221 Goodbye

 

I am obviously using the wrong username and password. Can someone help my website address is www.food-safety-systems.co.uk and is still accessible.
