Can't load many website I used since two week ago

Hi, I'm a customer from  Manchester. Recently, I can't visit many Chinese website that I usually used before, like www.3dmgame.com, zhidao.baidu.com . And as a menbership  of many website I can't log in any more (always tell me like" connection over time" "log in over time" ),like www.weibo.com , www.xunlei.com even my email box (mail.qq.com). However the other website like Amazon , Google  can be loaded and visited quickly as usual.

I tried to change the DNS address and reset the HOST file, but that aren't work.

Does plusnet block those website? Or pulsnet restrict the load speed to visit those website?  I can 100% make sure that those website can be visited successfully before two week.

Is anyone know this problem? please tell me how to solve it ,thank you very very much.

Do you get a particular message when you try to access these websites or does it just time out?

Can you also carry out a traceroute to the websites in question and post the results back here?
