Can't connect to websites via FTP

Since we moved to Plus Net as our ISP I can no longer connect to any website via FTP. I suspect there is something blocking me from doing so on ISP end as it's happening on several sites, including my own.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this issue is causing you and for the delay in getting back to you on here. I've checked your line but have been unable to determine the cause of this problem. It could potentially be the case that the IP address that you're connected on is causing an FTP issue. I've done a session kill on your line to try and resolve this - please turn your router off at the power for at least 15 seconds and then back on. Once the router is back on, it should have moved you to a different IP address.
