Can't connect to MySQL

I'm trying to gain access into MySQL (rumpus) but when I press enter after inserting my username and password the pop up just re-appears and I can't login?? 
Does anyone have any help on this matter?

Are you using the MySQL login/password details included in the MySQL activation email or your portal login/pass. Only the one in the email will work.
