Can I order a new broadband-only line from PlusNet in addition to my existing BT phone line

Well you can't call the number that 17070 says is assigned to my old line.

And today BT issued my final bill - as expected I'll be getting a refund of about £4, so their systems do seem to work correctly at termination. 😂

Well it took a few days, but the BT refund has appeared as a "pending" credit in my bank account.

I also got a (possibly final) bill on the "old" closed Plusnet ADSL account today, also showing a few pounds credit.

However UNLIKE BT it just says I'm in credit so there's nothing to pay, no mention (unlike BT) of the refund process. Intrigued to see what happens! 🤣

And today I can see a Direct Debit refund of the same amount "pending" in my bank account, though no identification of the source.

The member centre seems to be broken at present so I can't log in there to check anything either. 😓
