I've just loaded up a new phpBB folder set up to my CGI space.
http://ccgi.crazeeworld.plus.com/cats/install/index.php
The page is there if I go through FTP, but in Firefox, I get
"Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Error message:
Premature end of script headers: index.php
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 500
ccgi.crazeeworld.plus.com

Apache"
Any ideas, guys?

The CGI Platform PHP Upgrade FAQ provides some guidance on likely causes of that error.
In particular, are there any .htaccess files with disallowed options in the path? Have you set file permissions correctly? Were text file transfers done as ASCII so the files have the correct line endings?

Its prob going to be permissions or plusnet possibly not supporting the platform you're uploading
install filezilla and check permissions
you should not need to upload again!
