I know this is old news as the access has been disabled a while but I've left my site untouched for a year and plan to do some cleaning up. I never learned the tricks for launching programs via HTTP, though hopefully I can manage most of it using ftp. Its a lot easier to install a perl module if I can launch its installer, or even run cpan. I don't know how to run cpan non-interactively.
