CCGI webspace "Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]"

I've started getting this error on my 3 CCGI-hosted websites.  It happens when using the www or ccgi prefix (eg. www.strumblebandb.co.uk). With no prefix, the DNS lookup fails.

I notice that nominet whois gives the name servers as

ns1.force9.net
ns1.plusnet.co.uk 195.166.128.17
ns2.force9.net
ns2.plusnet.co.uk 212.159.13.150

The addresses for the plusnet name servers look wrong to me - I thought they were 212.159.6.9 and 212.159.6.10

I did make a stupid change in the ccgi control panel domain name  manager - I added a domain name (lookoutthewindow.co.uk) that isn't registered with plusnet, which I can't now delete. Has that messed up the other sites?

Sorry, I'm not sure on the ccgi issue, but on the latter part of your post, those are the nameservers that you've listed, whereas the two IP addresses you've listed (212.159.6.9 and 212.159.6.10) are the DNS resolvers.  There's a difference between them and they'd normally be separate, so I don't think that's part of your issue.

Thanks for clarifying. So it was probably my stupid edit. Looks like I'll have to log a ticket (if I can work out how!)
