CCGI Webspace DataTables Warning

I've found another problem with my Webtrees program.

When I click on User Administration I get the following error message:
DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 - Invalid JSON response.

Using Firefox network debugger the response is:
The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.

Your support ID is: 10457433133417308270.

I've discussed it with the Webtrees support and he thinks it is a server firewall-type message that has blocked a specific HTTP post request that contains the keyword "user".

Yeah, it will be a web application firewall returning that error.

I've raised it with our hosting partner (ref: 5229134), although it's worth me mentioning that I've had limited success in the past in overcoming issues like this.

@spark43 would you be willing to create an admin user for your site and share the login credentials (in private obviously) so our hosting partner can try replicating the issue?

@bobpullen I just noticed I can access User Administration again.

Do you know what the fix was?

@spark43, I don't specifically however I've just received a note from our partner to say they believe the problem to be resolved.
