Signed up, received Plusnet confirmation, clicked link and input ac details. Said we would receive activation email over 48 hrs ago. Nothing has come and following the PN email link again just says it has been set up. We can’t get into BT sport at all and can’t find how to request a new activation email. Looking at the problems on here looks like we are not alone. Pls can someone help.
