Billing Issues

Hi

 

I have been viewing my plusnet bill direct debit, currently paying £35 for broadband and line rental, seems expensive, is there any other offers to improve this.

 

Been a customer a long time and no longer in contract I don't want to move but I know I'll save money if I do.

 

So I'm basically thinking about whether to switch now.

Your best bet is to seek out a cheaper deal then ring Plusnet, select the 'I'm thinking of leaving ' option and see if they will match it.

You won't be offered a discounted deal on this public forum.

I suspect that you will get a better deal by doing as I suggest. They tend to be a bit smarter answering the phone if you are thinking of leaving compared with customers who want support, so it shouldn't be to much of a pain.

Have you been able to discuss your bill with anybody yet? If not, I'd recommend that you give our customer options team a ring, they're available on 0800 013 2632 between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm Saturday and 9am - 6pm Sunday.
