Best program to track intermittent fault?

Hey all, so i think i have an intermittent fault that causes disconnects completely randomly and has dropped my speed from 55/6 to now 30/2 yet im on the 80/20 package and the adsl checker says i should be getting loads more! is there a good program i can use with my plusnet one router to constantly monitor and potentially track the reason for a disconnect or is this not possible?

It's not really possible, you need to buy your own modem or router that works with DSLstats. There is http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/RouterStatsHub/routerstatshub.htm but it's fairly basic in comparison.

Although, if your speed has dropped that much, I wouldn't have thought you'd need anything else to raise a fault.
